Certificate of Attendance During the Congress a Certificate of Attendance will be provided to all delegates including CME credit. Scientific Exhibition In conjunction with the 10th ESSR Congress a scientific and technical exhibition will be held at the Congress Centre. Currency Registration fees should be paid in Danish currency. In Denmark, it is generally cheaper to use Danish currency than EURO.

Passport and Visa Requirements Foreign visitors entering Denmark must carry a valid Identity Card or Passport. Delegates from countries requiring visa should apply to the Danish consular offices or diplomatic missions in their home countries. Arrival Aarhus is close to two airports: Tirstrup, Aarhus Airport, 35 minutes by bus direct to the City Centre and the hotels. There are 8 daily connections flights to Copenhagen (30 minutes), but 5 only on Sundays. Direct flights, Oslo and Stockholm and also from Stansted (UK) by Ryanair. Billund, 80 minutes by bus directly to the Congress Centre and the hotels. Billund has direct flights from/to many European cities. By train there is connection to all Europe and by car it is only 5 hours from Berlin. Transportation There is no need for transportation after arrival except walking. The Congress Centre and the hotels are in the cosy little corner of the city and the harbour.
