Payment for registration fee and gala dinner must be in Danish currency, either by bank transfer or by credit card according to the Registration Form.

Hotel Accommodation

Special Congress rates have been obtained from the hotels listed below and are available through the Registration Form.

Deadline for hotel reservation is April 15th, 2003. After this date room reservation cannot be guaranteed and not to these prices. A list of hotels of various categories is provided.

How to make a reservation

To make a hotel reservation, please use the Hotel Reservation Form on the web site or on the Registration Form.

Please note

Rooms at the various hotels will be allotted on the first-come first-served basis. Should single rooms not be available, double rooms for single occupancy will be assigned. We reserve the right to book another hotel, should the requested accommodation be fully booked.

Arrival and departure

Should booking dates not be indicated on the registration form, we shall presume arrival on June 12th and departure on June 15th.

How to pay

Your credit card will be registered at the arrival to the hotel and the payment made at departure.

Cancellation and refunds

For cancellation received by FAX, mail or E-mail to the Congress Secretariat after May 10th but before June 4th you will be debited 25% of the total hotel price. Cancellation after June 4th or in case of no-show you will be debited 75%.
